1. Using Furlii
These Terms of Service govern use of the Furlii apps, website and customer portal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept them for that business. Contact the Furlii team at [email protected] with questions.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
2. What Furlii provides
Furlii provides software for pet records, care notes, reminders, daily updates and communication. Pet parents may use a personal space independently or connect with a participating provider. Businesses may manage team access, pet stays and visits, care records and reviewed updates.
Furlii does not itself provide boarding, daycare, pet sitting, veterinary treatment or insurance. Arrangements for actual pet care are between the parent and the care provider. Saving an insurance document does not create coverage or submit a claim.
The website preview contains illustrative sample data. Availability can vary by platform, plan, release and deployment. Features described as coming soon or planned are not a commitment to a release date.
3. Accounts and business responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for keeping your contact information current.
Business owners manage workspace membership, roles, invitations and ownership transfer. They must ensure that staff are authorized to access client records and that any required notices and permissions have been obtained before recording, uploading or sharing information.
Pet parents should keep care instructions, emergency contacts and important dates current. Businesses remain responsible for checking instructions and delivering appropriate care. An app record is not proof that a task has been performed.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Furlii the limited permission to store, copy, process, transmit and display it as needed to provide and secure the service, follow your sharing settings, and operate features you use, including relevant AI processing.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and let the intended recipients access it. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate someone, distribute malware, or use Furlii to harass others.
Furlii’s software, branding and original service materials remain owned by their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it or permission to redistribute it as your own product.
5. Sharing and care communication
Check recipients before inviting, linking or publishing. A verified connection makes basic pet profile details available to the care business. Additional personal records require a sharing grant. You can manage or revoke grants, but information already seen or separately retained by a recipient cannot necessarily be recalled.
Personal records and business operational records are held separately. Ending a connection does not delete the business’s care history or the parent’s personal space. Published updates and replies should be accurate, appropriate and relevant to care.
Furlii is not an emergency channel. Notifications can be delayed, disabled or missed. For urgent care or a concern about an animal’s health, contact the provider or a qualified veterinarian directly.
6. AI assistance and reminders
AI drafts, transcripts and follow-up suggestions may contain errors or omit context. Review the facts, names, dates and wording before relying on an output or sharing it. Staff are responsible for approving published updates and accepted suggestions.
AI assistance is not veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. It does not replace professional judgment or a business’s duty of care.
Reminders use the dates and settings you enter. Keep separate arrangements for critical vaccination, medication, insurance or care deadlines. Device settings, connectivity and service availability can affect delivery.
7. Plans, purchases and cancellations
Free usage allowances and paid features, where available, are described in the app or purchase flow. Business AI usage may consume plan allowances. Parents do not need a business plan to receive or reply to updates shared with them. Furlii Plus is not currently offered for purchase.
Where a subscription is offered through the App Store or Google Play, the store displays the price, billing period, renewal terms and applicable conditions before purchase. Subscriptions may renew unless cancelled in the store settings. Manage cancellation, payment methods and refund requests through the store, subject to applicable law.
Deleting the app or Furlii account does not automatically cancel store billing. We may change plans or limits with notice where required; any purchase is governed by the terms shown at the time and applicable consumer protections.
8. Acceptable use and service access
Do not bypass access restrictions, probe another workspace without authorization, interfere with the service, misuse invitations, scrape private content, or attempt to evade plan limits. Report security concerns to [email protected].
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, legal requirements or security risks. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
9. Leaving Furlii and deleting an account
You may stop using Furlii at any time. To delete your account, use Settings → Delete account, or contact [email protected] for assistance. Review the deletion preview: ownership transfer may be required for shared business workspaces, and a shared account may also be used by other products.
Personal or solely owned workspaces may be removed with their files, while contributions and independently maintained contacts in other workspaces may remain. See the Privacy Policy for the data-handling details. Save copies of information you need before requesting deletion.
10. Availability, responsibility and legal rights
We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output or that every reminder will arrive. Maintenance, outages and third-party services can affect availability. Maintain appropriate copies of important records.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Furlii is provided as available without additional implied warranties. Responsibility for losses is subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
Contact [email protected] first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts, regulators or remedies available under mandatory law. No exclusive jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration arrangement is specified in this version.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required; the date above identifies the version. Any change will be subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
