Pet parents receive photos and daily updates and reply at no cost. Those updates count toward the business's plan. Parents can also keep their pets' records, reminders and memories in a free personal space.

What is an AI Action?

One AI-assisted draft, such as a daily update for a pet parent. Reviewing, editing and sharing don't use any. Free includes 60 a month.

Can we start for free?

Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no payment details. Every feature is included; paid plans raise the limits.

How do we upgrade?

Paid plans are bought in the Furlii app with your App Store or Google Play account, which also handles renewals, cancellation and refunds. The Furlii apps are coming soon to both stores.

Do pet parents pay?

No. Updates, photos and replies a business shares with pet parents count toward the business's plan. Pet parents use their own personal space for free.

What is an AI Action?

One AI-assisted draft, such as a daily update for a pet parent. Reviewing, editing and sharing the draft don't use any. The allowance renews every month, on yearly plans too.

What happens when we reach a limit?

Nothing is deleted or disabled. Your team keeps working with everything you already have; only adding more, such as new pets, team members, pet parent customers or uploads, waits until you upgrade or free up room.

Do the limits apply to each business?

No, they belong to your account. Every business you own shares one plan, and a person on several of your teams counts once.

Are these prices in US dollars?

Yes. The App Store and Google Play show the price in your currency, including any local taxes, before you subscribe.

Can we cancel at any time?

Yes, in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
